Terms of Service

Revisite reads your public Google reviews and business details and generates a multi-page website hosted on a revisite.tech subdomain. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the business listing you submit.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Revisite.

You agree not to:

• submit a business or content you do not own or have permission to use;
• publish unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content;
• abuse, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to break the service;
• use Revisite to impersonate others or misrepresent reviews.

We may suspend or remove sites that breach these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Dodo Payments at the prices shown on our pricing page. You can cancel anytime from your account page. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account returns to the Free plan. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

You keep ownership of content you upload. Reviews, ratings and photos shown on your site originate from Google and remain subject to Google’s terms. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display your site. AI-generated copy is provided as a starting point and you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy before publishing.

Revisite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As an early-stage product run by a solo creator, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change. We rely on third-party providers (such as Google and our AI provider) whose availability is outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revisite is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You can stop using Revisite and delete your sites at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we are required to remove by law.
